The fully accessible kitchen includes a height‑adjustable wheel‑under sink and induction hob, alongside all essential appliances for a convenient self‑catered stay.

The sleeping area offers remarkable flexibility, featuring a king‑size electric adjustable bed, a single electric profiling bed compatible with a mobile hoist, and a pair of sensory pod bunk beds—perfect for autistic or neurodivergent guests. A curtain divider allows the space to be separated into two private sleeping zones.
