Designed with occupational therapy principles, both properties provide luxurious, spacious accommodation for guests with complex mobility, sensory or allergy requirements. With fully level interiors, advanced accessibility equipment, and relaxed countryside surroundings, this is one of the UK’s most thoughtfully designed inclusive holiday destinations.

Each lodge sleeps 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, with a range of en‑suite facilities including fully accessible wet rooms, roll‑in showers and profiling beds. Both lodges include ceiling‑mounted hoist systems (bedroom to bathroom), a private hot tub with hoist access, and a large open‑plan living space ideal for families or care teams. Coastal Cottage also offers tactile indicators, a hearing loop, and a suite of features tailored to blind or visually impaired guests, while Mountain Lodge provides an allergen‑controlled environment for visitors with acute allergies.

The kitchens are fully equipped and feature height‑adjustable sinks and worktops, accessible appliances and specialist utensils.
