With a choice of eight high-quality self‑catering properties—including three spacious houses and five well-equipped bungalows—guests can enjoy comfortable accommodation featuring wet rooms, accessible layouts, and room capacities for 4, 6 or 8 guests, depending on the unit selected.

The site is thoughtfully designed for individuals with autism, ADHD, sensory impairment, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, complex needs and more, ensuring an environment that is both supportive and deeply relaxing. Guests benefit from exclusive private sessions in the heated indoor pool, an impressive 80‑metre play barn, sensory rooms and a versatile gym/multi‑use space. Outdoors, the estate offers an extensive play park, trampoline, football area, bicycles, go‑karts and scenic open space ideal for calm exploration.
