The Property



A very stylish and generous apartment positioned in the Admiral’s Quarter, a development of mews houses, town houses and modern apartments. Benefitting from partial sea views from the sitting room, through the trees towards Newton’s Cove this wonderful is situated on the upper ground floor. With touches of luxury from the solid bamboo floors, granite worktops in the kitchen to the high-quality furnishings Newton’s Cove View is a truly wonderful property.

From the full length windows in the sitting room diner it is wonderful to admire the sun rise over Newton’s Cove whilst enjoying your morning drink.The master bedroom is light and spacious and will leave you with lovely feeling of being refreshed when you wake up, ready for a day of discovery.

The second bedroom is perfect for the children to sleep well.

Newton’s Cove also has a contemporary bathroom.

Adjacent to the beautiful Nothe Gardens, with large open grassed areas, tall trees and attractive walks, overlooking the coast.

Enjoy a wonderful meal at the Nothe Tavern and then have a leisurely afternoon walk around the gardens.

Brewers Quay and Hope Square is a short stroll from the apartment, where you have numerous choices of dining opportunities, many of which have outside areas for that alfresco dining experience during the day or evening.

Strolling through Hope Square, you will discover the pretty harbour side with the array of fishing boats and luxury yachts, offering a colourful and lively scene to enjoy.

Cross over the town bridge to the town centre and you will discover the usual high street names and in the narrow streets you will find lots of local quirky shops and local delicatessens.

The award-winning main beach, well known for its long golden sands and shallow waters is the perfect place to relax in the summer sun and enjoy the sea air. Newton’s Cove View is the perfect place to stay as a family or a couple of friends if you want to enjoy a seaside town.
